Service Description
$25 Non Refundable Consultation Fee is not included in the full price of your tattoo session. This is a separate service required for all new and existing clients, cover up work or any new project that requires customization, reworking and large scale pieces (ie: Sleeves, thigh, back, chest etc.) Please note: Consultations are not required for small flash tattoos. Consultations can be done the same day if approved ahead of time and deposit is paid in advance to block off appropriate time for each client. Add ons * Tattoo Numbing Cream $40 (*must purchase & pick up in advance) * InkySPA’s All Natural Tattoo Aftercare Bundle $25 (can be purchased during consultation or before/after tattoo appointment) A Meet and Greet 30 minute in person consultation to discuss your ideas, details, placement, size, your budget and cost, will help us come up with the best tattoo design for you. Once we are finished we can set your tattoo appointment.
Cancellation Policy
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! A deposit guarantees your appointment and assures your commitment. Deposits will be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo, wax or facial appointment unless your deposit is forfeited. Deposits are forfeited if you no-show for an appointment, cancel with less than 24 hours advance notice, reschedule more than twice, arrive for an appointment more than 15 minutes late without notice, arrive for an appointment without proper ID or arrive intoxicated or otherwise unable to be tattooed, waxed or serviced, request excessive or last minute changes to the design or concept, do not complete your tattoo within two years, or decide not to get tattooed at all. If you forfeit a deposit, you may be required to leave a new deposit before booking any new appointments. Deposits may not be transferred to another person or for use with a different tattoo artist or esthetician.
