Cancellation Policy
ALL CONSULTATION FEES & DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Consultation Fees are charged separately and will NOT be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo appointment. A separate deposit is required for all services booked. Deposits are forfeited if you No-Show for an appointment, Cancel with less than 24 hours advance notice, Reschedule more than twice, Arrive for an appointment more than 15 minutes late without proper notice (card must be on file - 100% of total service required to be paid if fail to no show for appointment), arrive for an appointment without proper ID, arrive intoxicated or otherwise unable to be serviced, request excessive or last minute changes to the design or concept, do not complete your tattoo within 1 month (30 days) or decide not to get tattooed at all. If you forfeit a deposit, you may be required to leave a new deposit before booking any new appointments. A deposit guarantees your appointment and assures your commitment. Deposits may not be transferred to another person or for use with a different tattoo artist or esthetician.
